About the
Founder Latoya Grace
Latoya Grace is a mindset strategist, speaker and gospel singer with a unique blend of industry, education, and creative experience. For over four years, she worked as a Senior Product and Propositions Manager at the largest university in the UK, supporting both the Faculty of Business and Law and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Her role focused on widening access to education and helping people transform their lives through learning; a mission that deeply resonated with her own calling to unlock potential in others.
Now, as the founder of Creative Educators, Latoya channels that passion into schools and universities across the UK, delivering inspirational mindset workshops that empower young people to believe in themselves, overcome challenges, and create a future they’re proud of.
With a unique blend of music, motivation, and mindset tools, Latoya helps young people challenge limiting beliefs, dream boldly, and live in their full potential. Whether through music or mentorship, Latoya’s mission is the same: to uplift a generation and remind them that they were made for more.

Before launching Creative Educators, I spent over four years working with the largest university in the UK, leading product proposition for both the Faculty of Business and Law and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. My work wasn’t just about courses, systems and data — it was about people. I saw firsthand how education can unlock potential, shift self-belief, and open doors that students never thought were meant for them. This is something I experienced personally as a student selected for the Government’s Aim Higher programme c.2003 allowing me to ‘sample’ university life for one week. Further opportunities came in 2008 and 2009 when I was selected to mentor students at a secondary school in Milton Keynes whilst I completed my degree.
These experiences, paired with my background as a gospel singer, youth group leader and certified mindset strategist, shaped my mission: to speak life, purpose and possibility into the next generation because I believe, your background doesn’t define you, your mindset does.
